Who We Help

The Queensland Construction Training Fund (QCTF) assists in the training of workers in the Queensland building and construction industry. The QCTF is a joint Union and Employer initiative with each having an equal say in running the Fund. Through skills training, workers covered by the Building Employees Redundancy Trust (BERT) can increase their work skills, knowledge and expertise. BERT is also a joint Union and Employer initiative and interest income from BERT is made available for training. To date, most BERT interest income has been paid to the QCTF.

Who We Fund

The QCTF provides training grants to employees and employers who are BERT members within the building and construction industry in Queensland.
